Privacy notice

What we collect

When you request a demo: your name, work email, organization, role, EMR, approximate claim volume and anything you choose to write. We use it only to reply, schedule a demo and send a quote.

Website analytics: none at the moment. If we add analytics, we will update this notice first.

The demo: uses synthetic data only and collects nothing.

The free E/M calculator

The free calculator is not covered by a Business Associate Agreement. It is for de-identified or synthetic notes only, and you agree to that before you can paste a note.

• Your account: your work email, sign-in records and how many free calculations you have used.
• Your agreement: each time you calculate, we record the version of the terms you accepted, when, a one-way fingerprint of your network address and your browser's name and version, so we can show what was agreed.
• The note: checked for common identifiers first; a note that shows them is refused and nothing is processed. An accepted note is used only to calculate your result, encrypted in transit and at rest, and the note text is deleted as soon as the calculation finishes. We keep only its length and a one-way fingerprint.
• The result: kept for 30 days, encrypted, so you can reopen it, then deleted.
• Never: we never sell a note or a result, never use them for advertising, and never use them to train or improve any system. The pages where notes are pasted run no analytics script.

If you paste patient information by mistake, write to us and we will delete it at once.

What we never want here

Please do not send patient information through this website's forms or by email. If you do, we will delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run this website and respond to you, under their own confidentiality terms.
